Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that reprograms the subconscious mind to solve problems such as stress, anxiety, depression, bad habits and more. Helping you transform your thinking patterns, behaviours and emotions that are stored in your subconscious mind and influence different areas of your life. Hypnotherapy can also help you achieve a healthy life by giving you the power to empower yourself. As a hypnotherapist I will guide you through this process and make positive suggestions for behaviour changes that can help you to reach your goal successfully. Hypnotherapy is a profound and powerful technique that can help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Hypnotherapy is not a magic trick or a mind control technique, but a collaborative process between you and me as the therapist, to help you to achieve your goals and overcome your challenges. Hypnotherapy is based on scientific principles and evidence, and it can help you with a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, phobias, addictions, pain, and more. Is hypnotherapy safe?
Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses hypnosis to helps you achieve a relaxed and focused state of mind, where you are more open to positive suggestions and mental images. Hypnotherapy can be used to treat various physical and psychological conditions, such as chronic pain, anxiety, depression, phobias, and unwanted habits. Hypnotherapy is generally safe and effective, as long as it is done by a trained and qualified professional. However, hypnotherapy is not suitable for everyone, and it may have some risks and side effects. Hypnotherapy should also not replace conventional medical treatments, but rather complement them. Hypnotherapy is safe for most people who want to make positive changes in their lives, but it is not a magic bullet that can solve all problems. Hypnotherapy requires the cooperation and consent of the client, the skill and ethics of the therapist, and the realistic and reasonable expectations of the outcome. Hypnotherapy can help you access your inner resources and potential, but it cannot make you do something that you don’t want to do, or that goes against your values.

How many sessions will it take?
During the initial consultation and the first session, you will receive guidance. We typically begin with a plan of three sessions. After these initial sessions, we will assess your progress. By the end of the third session, we’ll have a clear understanding of your needs and whether additional sessions are necessary. At that point, we can discuss further treatment options, timing, and associated costs. Keep in mind that each client is unique, and during the first session, some individuals may be more receptive to self-help tools than others. By the third session, I’ll be able to provide a better estimate of the total number of sessions you might require.
